• Job Details:supporting the accounting department by handling daily tasks, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records. Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations. Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and statements. Pay vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; respond to all vendor inquiries regarding finance. Bank reconciliations. Assisting in preparation of tax filings (VAT, WHT, etc., ).

Site AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:Monitor and record daily site expenses (materials, labor, fuel, etc.). Track project costs against budgets and report discrepancies. Verify and process site purchase orders and delivery notes. Prepare and process payment requests after validation with site engineers. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly site expense reports to head office. Liaise with Project Managers, Procurement, and Head Office Accounting for approvals and reconciliations.
