• Job Details:1-Create production plans for packed items & raw items using Access database & apply transactions on FORS system/ Run macros on database for harnesses used in different projects & prepare reports based on database results. 2-Determine and coordinate with manufacturing the requirement for and availability of raw products to support the production plans. 3- Monitor adherence to plan, and work with plants. 4- Interfaces with Product Line Planning Managers to plan & prioritize purchasing activities. 5- Tracks order acknowledgement, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers. 6- Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs. 7- Leads finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies. 8- Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies. 9- Contributes to consolidation, reduction, and rationalization of the local supplier base. 10- Manages new projects & coordinates the operations related to the Aston Martin & Jaguar Land rover vehicles through conference calls & meetings between Leoni Egypt & the company sites worldwide. 11- Controls the new projects by acting in various roles such as team leader, project coordinator, and project administrator on small to large projects with UK site under the supervision project Manager or program 12- Assist the Project Manager & engineers with daily activities with objective to plan, prepare, organize and maintain project documentation. 13- Collect data of all PNs related to different projects in one database including MOQ/ prices/ Status.
