    • Job Details:A) Payroll Transactions To be a part of Majid Al Futtaim Retail that’s means you should run payroll with zero mistakes as it reflect high required responsibilities in the job description which it minimized in the following points: - Head Count  Review the new joiners’ data and make sure that it matching with the offer letter and the supported documents.  Track all employees’ transfers and make sure that all requests approved and recorded on system as per the deadline.  Make sure that all leavers be on hold before processing the payroll salary card. - Policies  Review all MEMOS and make sure that all data are matching with the policy of the company and proceed it after finalize all signatures according to DOA.  Apply any updates in taxes and insurance calculation in the payroll processing. - Requests on the System  Track leaves & Advances requests for all stores to make sure that all closed before the payroll processing.  Approve on all bank accounts after reviewing the data.  Make sure that all salary changes applied on the system and signed according to DOA. - Final Settlement  Review final settlement and clearance form for all leavers and make sure that all data are accurate and matching with supported documents and signed according to DOA.  Proceed the final form after reviewing the calculation of each leaver. - General Tasks  Assign the time frame to HC stores for the monthly payroll processing include deadline for all payroll preparation and sending MEMOS.  Manage KPIs for all HC stores and report it to the HC district manager.  Create salary card and generate the payroll journal for reviewing and comparing it with the data that prepared in the Excel sheet.  Review the monthly payroll audit reports with chief accountant. B) Monthly Reporting Reporting system is one of the basics of Majid Al Futtaim because it’s relied upon in making any decision and taking any corrective action so we focus in our reporting on the below  The variance of the Headcount “year to date report” and turnover of each store.  Total amounts of all salary components of each month.  Total amount of direct benefits that paid to employees in their salaries each month.  Promotions that occurred in the month in each store.  Transfers From/To stores.  Annual leaves ( Eligibility – Taken – Beginning – Accrued – Cost )  Loss days (Absence – Sick leave – Accident leave … etc.)  Warning letter ( Reason - Count of employees - % of total headcount of each store) C) Auditing Is the main tool that implement each quarter through actual visit to each store to make sure that all policies and procedures of Majid Al Futtaim are applied through checking the below  Review the checklist of all tasks of HC manager and request all supported documents related to this task like  Manpower Budget – Recruitment and selection procedures  Employee Departures (Resignation – Termination – Retirement – Handover of duties- Exit interview – Full and final settlement).  All Employee additions  Salary control (Annual increment – promotions – Salary change).  Performance appraisal – Probation.  Documentation standard.  Leaves ( Attached files – Comments – Signature of employee ) D) General Tasks  Initiate requests to the international head office to develop and solve some issues in our system and make sure that the new modification applied according to our policy.  Create and review the profit share file and the Tax reconciliation yearly for all headcount of my zone.
