Exploration Operation ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Monthly and quarter reporting to client and head office of all operational issues, HSE reports, safety reports and daily-weekly-monthly rig and auxiliary equipment inspections.  Productivity reports and KPI monitoring.  Order spare parts, drilling equipment’s and consumable’s in a timely manner from suppliers worldwide.  Co-ordinate rig Mobilization.  Instruct work force in daily job or rig assignment, tasks at hand.  Establish or implement company’s policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with organization officials and staff members.  Managing drilling quality assurance programs.  Setting and reviewing drilling budgets and managing cost.  Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits.

Site ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Day to day running of site operations using Christensen CS140c, Christensen CS14c, Christensen CT14, Christensen CT20, Positif PD500 and Tetra 1500 Diamond coring rigs, Explorac R50, Explorac E100 and Schramm T450 RC drill rigs, compressors and ancillary equipment.  Daily reporting to client and head office of all operational issues, HSE reports, safety reports and daily-weekly-monthly rig and auxiliary equipment inspections.  Productivity reports and KPI monitoring.  Order spare parts, drilling equipment’s and consumable’s in a timely manner from suppliers worldwide.  Ensure daily pre-starts and checks carried out on all equipment and vehicles and report defects for repair.  Conduct daily HSE meetings and toolbox talks with all crew.  Co-ordinate rig Mobilization.  Check rig is set up correctly and azimuth and dip is also correct as per clients’ instructions.  Instruct work force in daily job or rig assignment, tasks at hand.

Drilling Operations Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details: Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.  Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity.  Perform personnel functions such as selection, training, or evaluation.  Establish or implement company’s policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with organization officials and staff members.  Managing drilling quality assurance programs.  Setting and reviewing drilling budgets and managing cost.  Planning and managing drilling logistics, warehouse and transportation.  Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits.
