• Job Details:The company is located in Bilbays, Sharkia, Egypt My Functional tasks are: *Review daily journal entries (expenses - stores - purchases - suppliers - revenues - customers - treasury - bank) & recording monthly & annual settlement entries. * Preparing and paying employees’ payroll and Doctors fees in cash or via bank transfer. * Managing the main treasury & recording its entries. * Review and prepare bank transactions for paying suppliers' dues for goods and services, and issuing sovereign checks for electricity, water, telephone, internet, taxes, social insurance, emergency fund, and martyrs fund * Ensure to upload sales and purchase invoices on the electronic invoicing portal * Inventory control of daily receaving and delivering items to departments * Preparing, uploading various tax forms to Egyption tax portal and paying them Electronically through the gateway - Deduction and collection tax form 41 - Salaries and wages tax form 2 - Settlement salaries and wages tax form 6 *Follow up debt and credit accounts *Follow up accounts of accured & Prepaid expenses and revenues for contracts. *Monitoring fixed assets and calculating monthly depreciation. * Monthly bank reconciliation * Closing the financial year and preparing final reports (profits & losses statement, income statement, balance sheet) monthly & annual.
