    • Job Details:1-develop and manage the repair of the tugboats ASD30/70 by overseeing all activities directly related to the repairs (including various hands on repair)- rolls Royce azimuth thrusters aqua-master US 255 in combination with CAT 3516 EUI main engines. 2-supervise overhauling jobs in workshop including spares availability for various diesel engines, hydrauic components, various Valves, pumps, fuel purifier, air compressor, propulsion system, and control system 3-liaison with the tug chief master on required maintenance needs. 4-monitor and coordinates vessel certification inspection with internal and external parties (classification society and flag state). 5-regularly attend & completely supervise vessel during time of out of service/dry docking. 6-create PO's/WO's , review and approve requisition. 7-review tug daily reports, analyse watch keeping records and feedback with recommendation for the best operational practice, corrective action, or measurements requirements. 8-assist in the development and modification of preventive maintenance plans for vessel equipment. 9-work with warehouse personnel requesting fleet spare equipment. 10-work with buyer to assist in the purchasing of supplies by technically inspecting the PO on the supplier facility. 11- start up modification projects with respect to class approval to meet our company operational requirements and cost saving. 12- supervise the preventive maintenance program and make sure all systems have been restored back to the company standards. 13- Coordinating the operational plans including risk assessment managments and lifting plans 14- co operate with the marine investigation committee during marine incident to report out the root causes and the proposed counter measures.

    • Job Details:▪ Team leader for a group of technicians to execute the required PMs for all the terminal's container handling equipment (Terminal trucks,services forklifts,empty handlers,reach stackers, man lifters, service cranes,RTG. STS, and others) according to the predetermined time table and to start up any required CMs,modification jobs,projects, or instrument's calibration. ▪ Initiate periodic/ random inspections in various stages of work, carry out TPM tasks, follow up the jobs during the shift and resolve any unforeseen problems using RCA to reduce the equipment downtime as much as possible to increase the equipment productivity ▪ keep a contact with the engstores via inventory program to ensure that any future/planned jobs are well covered by their appropriate OEM spare parts & special tools, and make any requisitions if needed. ▪ Check jobs after completion to ensure proper service, and make any needed job's procedures modification-(SOP) to reach the perfect output quality in the least possible time. ▪ Enforce safety standards in line with company policy and government regulations, by implementing a daily safety talks and pointing out to any previously recorded unsafe practices that might be a fatal mistakes if they aren't controlled. ▪ Maintaining good house-keeping practices in all equipment and working areas ▪ Assist in training technicians whenever required to increase the output quality. ▪ participate with engineering investigation committee to keep the operators and the equipment away from any unwanted accident and continuously assess the equipment's operation method to keep them always operating efficiently & safely. ▪ open up a continuous connection with the different equipment's original manufacturers (mostly EU countries) to report for any equipment frequent breakdown and work on with them to find the suitable solutions/amendments action or redesign.

    • Job Details:1-Setting up, adjusting, maintaining & commissioning different hydraulic, pneumatic components & systems (dynapower-Eaton, rexroth, vickers, hydreco, poclain, wabco, power quick, ingersoll-rand air starter & compressors) different marine & industrial diesel engines(CAT, PERKINS, DEUTZ, EMD, GM) auxiliary machines, and various gearboxes and marine transmission systems(twin discs,reintjes) at the majority of the company's marine dredgers, tug boats & service barges during leading the maintenance team. 2-participating on different engines overhauling and contributing to setting up different marine dredgers after being dismantled(GM71, EMD645, CAT 3508, CAT 3512, CAT 3406, CAT3408) 3-dredging shift operation engineer for a cutter suction dredger of more than 4000 total HP. 4-study and analyze the frequent breakdowns for any machine/ engines/ system, then collaborate with the maintenance team to take a corrective / amendment action to optimize the performance and elongate the system life & productivity. 5-Reporting to the project manager the daily performances of the marine & inland equipment and the executed amount of dredging products and progress. 6-Keep a close contact with the warehouse frequently to insure the availability of spare parts and make requisition if needed. 7-Participate with the purchasing committee to purchase different spare parts and engines from different suppliers.
