Senior Electrical Tendering and Procurement EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Study the tendering projects and attend clarification meetings with the Client when required. • Send RFQ to concerned selected vendors/suppliers and subcontractors to get their technical & commercial offers. • Receive and evaluate technical and commercial offers. • Submit the technical and commercial proposals. • Responding to proposals inquiries and clarifications and updating the proposals accordingly. • Follow up on the electrical network faults in the company's projects and submit quotations for repair. • Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process, from vendor selection to contract negotiation, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency. • Receiving PRs and issuing POs with all needs from electricity & water meters, electrical materials, equipment, and services for various company projects, ensuring compliance with electrical specifications and standards. • Negotiate and finalize deals with suppliers / sub-contractors to reach the best price, delivery time, and Quality and prepare a detailed Quotation Comparison Report. • Issue POs / Contracts as per agreed-upon terms and conditions with exact milestones/payment terms.

Electrical Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Study projects and make value engineering for electrical infrastructure design. • Study the tenders and submit technical and commercial offers. • Assisted in the procurement of electrical materials, equipment, and services for various company projects, ensuring compliance with electrical specifications and standards. • Follow up electrical network faults in the company's projects and make quotations for repairing. • Review and approval of Contractor's submittals i.e. material submittals such as MVSG, RMUs and Transformers .... etc., ensuring the compliance with design drawings, project specifications, safety, EEHC standards and international standards. • Supervising Final Acceptance Test (FAT) on all components of the electrical network such as MVSG, RMUs, Transformers, MDBs and MV Cables.... etc.
