• Job Details:* Work at desert at petroleum fields. * Conduct physical security and risk vulnerability inspections, evaluate and provide recommendations * Review facilities designs regarding where sensitive materials are located * Evaluate existing security procedures * Apply appropriate security standards * Greet guests and conduct proper sign -in procedures * Develop and execute physical security standards and procedures * Train and supervise security personnel * Assist or lead security and/or safety awareness training for personnel * Recommend actions to avoid conditions conducive to threats such as vandalism, terrorism or theft * Evaluate clearances for management and personnel according to the information and property the may access * Develop security policies, prepare reports, install security devices and ensure that personnel are adhering to required policies and practices Perform security and risk assessments of all facilities, including security equipment condition and provide summary of needed improvements and recommendations to senior management. * Maintain relationships with state, local, and federal law enforcement and other public agencies. * Advise senior leaders on pertinent issues. * Work closely with other functional leaders and contractors regarding security issues. * Conduct internal investigations and prepare reports of any violations of regulations, policies and procedures. * Develop, implement and manage security training and security communications. * Work with senior management on the company's crisis management efforts, including crisis planning and crisis response. * Take an active leadership role in the company’s planning for disaster recovery and business continuity. * Assist in emergency management and contingency planning preparations. * Oversee security planning and coverage for major events. * Assist Internal Audit and Loss Prevention with conducting audits, investigations, and other duties as assigned. * Perform additional duties as assigned.
