- Job Details: Develops unit's strategies and guidelines to ensure compliance with the overall HR strategy and labor law in coordination with organizational objectives. Develops and ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures in coordination with the organizational objectives. Full compliance with Bunge Egypt and applicable Bunge SA policies/ procedures, as it is related to HR and administration. Analyzes and monitors the current compensation and benefits schemes and makes recommendations of changes that are cost effective and consistent with compensation and market trends. Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Prepares budget of human resources operations. Ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up to date, create new JDs as and when necessary. Ensures keeping of accurate records of new hires, personnel transactions, promotions, and transfers for government reporting. Reviews monthly payroll scheme to ensure its accuracy and reports any exceptional cases. Supervises and follows-up on all governmental relations (Labor Office and Governmental Insurance,) to maintain accuracy and avoid legal actions. Reviews and sings on all incoming/outgoing governmental forms (1, 2, and 6) and employees’ financial disclosures to ensure it abides with policies and procedures. Reviews reports sent to the Head Quarters to maintain data accuracy. Receives new hires’ employment documents and creates employee files and codes to maintain an accurate filing system complying with policies and procedures, and labor law. Updates the HRIS with changes to maintain an accurate data entry and automated employee database. Handles annual renewal of medical exemption. Prepares and follows up employees’ contracts (new and renewal). Reviews the administration of benefits programs such as life, health, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, and leave of absence. Performs staff annual performance appraisal system and ensures its implementation. Handles the addition and cancellation of staffs’ individual and family medical cards to maintain an accurate database with medical cardholders. Handles all in/out medical reimbursements in order to ensure accurate settlement between the medical providers and the Company. Upon completion of the process, proper consolidated reporting should be extended to local management and Bunge SA’s concerned HR official. Assist in resolving any administrative problems. Coordinate with the salary tax consultant to ensure full compliance with the law.
