- Job Details:Talent Management & OD: Conduct and manage hiring cycle / recruitment progress / Selected assessment / status reports prepared by the team on a regular basis to the Country Manager to ensure all requirements are monitored, and ensure the best-motivated calibres in the company. Update group HR policies & hand book to be aligned with local labour law & market trends Attrition analysis to implement new plans for employee retention & to decrease attrition % Conduct annual employee satisfaction survey & benefits supplier survey Review and recommend the industry best practices and trends to be align with market. Employee Relation & HR legal position: Review & update HRIS (SAP Success factors) and other tracking reports. Track compensation & benefits activities of the employees as per each grade Review & approve monthly payroll & incentive scheme. Manage & resolves employee relation issues, conduct official investigation & disciplinary actions. Review & develop employment contracts terms, promotion & transfers. Secure & maintain company position with labour law, Social insurance & legal compliance. Manage & maintain Admin team activities & performance. Budgeting & Planning: Prepare annual budget & plan for HR, Manpower, Staff cost, Admin, new branches… etc. Manage the annual compensation and benefits plans provided by company (e.g. Insurance Schemes and bonus distribution) together with the appropriate budgets and determine the actual cost involved. Track HR & Admin consumption with the approved budgets.
