To give undergraduates a real world business experience, I supervise them on job training and the university give me a certificate for my contributions with their students. - Employment branding through Identify DR.Jameel Khattab Polyclinic’s EVP and communicate it internally and externally. - Fixed amount of Overtime per employees I changed that culture and label that overtime should it used as a last resort versus a regular way to accomplish work and we have saved 35K SAR in 2019. - Reduced the recruitment budget by 26K USD and enhanced the quality of hire in same time in Philippine recruitment project to hire 16 staff nurses by extensive screening for Philippine agencies and make bidding and deep interviewing with vendors and related issue.
