- Job Details:• Approve and supervises the other lease & OPS Contract Management in relation to the work distribution and in relation to the document’s issuance. • Create entries for lease deals in the data capture system based on the input received from Leasing Team. • Prepare the draft and final lease agreements amendments and deeds to checked by the appropriate personnel for accuracy and ensure that the same in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed at the time of closing lease deal and send the same to the client for review and acceptance. • Responsible for all correspondences between company and tenants whether by email, letter and all follow up required during the course of the process, until the final lease agreement signed. • Maintain accurate filling of all lease deal related information and agreement (both physical and system, shared folder etc.) so as to enable the team to refer the same with respect to rent collection / renewal extension etc., as well as to serve as a point of reference in case of any litigation. • Drafting new special conditions, drafting articles, comparing different type of templates, agreements, deeds to control and avoid business risks and to create an enforceable contract that both sides are happy with. • Ensuring relevant documentation accompany contracts, and maintaining digital and hard copies of relevant documentation. • Write contract letters and other communications and notices. • Weekly / monthly reporting to the top management the past, current and achieved revenue of the leased units

- Job Details:• Collect, scan and upload documents following set procedures. • Review and update technical documents. • Maintain updated submittal log, monitor the submittal schedule and status. • File documents in physical and digital records • Follow up and Internal Audit for Document Controller works. • Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable • Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy tractability. • Ensure Document Management accordingly to established procedures or standards (documents numbering, formats, issuance, review, recording and archiving) • Communicate and liaise with Project Teams, Suppliers/3rd parties to agree on standards, systems, efficient flow of documentation, handover and close-out of any project activity to ensure consistency in document control as required. • Ensure control and coordination of projects documentation and data. • Produce internal and external (Clients and Suppliers) over-due reports
