• Job Details:  - Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation.  - Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation. - Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to forecast material requirements and align procurement activities with project timelines.  - Evaluate new and existing suppliers and subcontractors and negotiates purchase agreements with them.  - Ensure compliance with management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost and quality. - Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors. Maintain company reputation and credibility by fair dealings and prompt payment. - Generate PO for services and materials. - Verify that all parties adhere to the terms and conditions agreed upon in the contract. - Follow up on timelines to ensure that products or services are delivered on time. -  Prepare periodic reports on contract performance, including monitoring progress and resolving problems.  - Assess and manage potential risks during contract execution. -  Negotiate amendments or modifications to the contract. -  Ensure that all parties clearly understand the terms to avoid conflicting

GOVERNAMETAL AFFAIRS SENIOR EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Review design drawings and ensure that there are no conflicts between different departments.  Complete forms and requests originating from government agencies.  Liaising and negotiating with government authorities to take all government approvals (license).  Periodic follow-up with various government agencies regarding the new requirements for design.  Experience in dealing with various authorities (the Fifth Settlement Authority - the Administrative Capital Authority - the October Authority).  Experience in dealing with the (civil defense authority and the National Research Center).

RESIDENT ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details:- The Client’s representative in charge of the site issues, progress, and engineering coordination. - Study and review prior to issue to the contractor all project related correspondence, submittals, instructions, technical query and establish lines of communication. - Monitoring and controlling the quality of both materials and the work executed at the Site. - Monitoring the work progress and controlling the Site activities to adhere to the approved schedule and maintain the contractual time of completion. - Inspecting the materials supplied to the Site and verify their compliance to the contract specifications. - Inspect contractor's quality systems, procedures and monitor implementation across the project site. - Manage Project and site team. - Manage submittals and approvals processes. - Responsible for maintenance of quality standards in works executed by contractor - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the activities ongoing. - Reviewing and approving the Contractor’s interim payment applications/monthly invoices. - Evaluating and validating the quality requirements and tolerances. - Oversighting the consultants' performance across all disciplines, ensuring full compliance to specifications and approvals without deviation. - Technical coordination with the designer and all appointed consultants to resolve interdisciplinary issues. - Validating the contractual and technical aspects included in the Consultant’s letters sent to the contractor.
