• Job Details:Generate comprehensive client statements by meticulouslydocumenting each payment made by individual clients. Ensurediligent record-keeping and timely collection of all invoices byestablishing regular communication with clients. Conduct periodic reviews of bank transactions to track the flow offunds in and out of the account. Submit a daily report to theadministration detailing the status of credit. Compile an external indebtedness report twice a week and submit itpromptly to the administration. Facilitate communication with clients through email, providing themwith statements of account and inquiring about settlements. Execute the preparation of monthly accounting entries,meticulously recording them in the American journal. Generate statements for suppliers outlining payments due withinspecified timeframes. Create and organize client invoices for timely dispatch. Conduct an audit of treasury transactions to ensure accuracy andcompliance. Produce a monthly report detailing the profit or loss of individual operations and present a comprehensive monthly report to the administration.
