• Job Details:Managing Oracle Practice in MEA CICs, responsible for assessing and qualifying IBM Oracle technology deals, participating in the solutioning, aligning Oracle pipeline and set the priorities for the projects. Managing team of 50+ practitioners and 1st line managers, support the team in their career progression, review their progress and evaluate their performance through checkpoints and end year review. Delivery project Executive, responsible for ensuring the telecommunication project delivery, manage the relationship with the customers C level, guide and coach the project mangers, mange the financials (Cost, revenue) of all telecommunication projects, direct and resolve the conflicts and issues (Technical, non-technical) raised during the delivery
