• Job Details:Responsible for overseeing all commercial areas within the Mivida Compound Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team across operations and retail areas, ensuring all team members work cohesively toward common goals in service delivery. • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency in both hard services (e.g., maintenance, HVAC, electrical) and soft services (e.g., cleaning, waste management, landscaping). • Retail Operations Support: Provide facility management support tailored to the unique needs of retail spaces, ensuring seamless operations to enhance the customer and tenant experience. • Maintenance and Asset Management: Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prolong asset life. Coordinate repair and upgrade activities to maintain high operational standards. • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations, local laws, and internal policies. • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for facilities management, monitoring expenses, optimizing resources, and ensuring cost efficiency. • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the retail operation team and the maintenance team to ensure a smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

Senior Facility Management EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:-Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of facility management, including both hard and soft services. This includes overseeing the maintenance, repair, and replacement of all facility equipment and infrastructure, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the facility - Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of all facility equipment and infrastructure, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and structural components. - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend the life of facility assets. - Manage contracts with vendors for the provision of hard services. - Ensure that all facility equipment and infrastructure is compliant with applicable codes and regulations. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including security, janitorial services, and waste disposal. - Develop and implement policies and procedures for the operation of the facility. - Oversee the work of facility staff and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties. - Manage the budget for the operation of the facility.

Mep Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:-Managing the Mechanical works including (HVAC & Fire Fighting & Plumbing) - Plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule. -Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions. - Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order. - Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records. - Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP materials and equipment. - Coordinate and planning all the site activities with other departments. - Submit requirements and justifications for resources such as materials, tools, equipment's and man power. Monitor for accuracy and variance. - Managing the Mechanical Embeds and Equipment Installation. - Resolving the safety aspects and all emergency breakdowns and providing training to staff on any identified QHSE issues while performing their duties - Implementing cost control and performance & process improvement methodology for the work mechanism and the operational efficiency. - Ensure that work is in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AND OHSAS 18001 Policies and Procedures.
