• Job Details:- Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems. - Coordinate Planning and Monitoring of Project Requirements. - Work with the product owners to define user stories, acceptance criteria. - Worked closely with project stakeholders, SMEs, and staff to conduct requirements workshops used to collect and validate requirements. - Ensure clear documentation for requirements, storyboarding, user scenarios, etc. - Conducting revision sessions to verify the analysis artifacts with the project team. - Analyzing requirements gathered to define gaps in technology, business processes, constructing workflow charts and diagrams. - Monitors project progress by tracking progress against defined requirements, resolving conflicts with requirements, and recommending corrective actions. - Perform analysis and design of applications using OOAD techniques. - Leading analysis activities to deliver the following analysis artifacts: o Business Processes AS-IS & TO-BE Models using BPMN 2.0. o Request of Proposal document demonstrates IT project business objectives to be sent to vendors for submitting technical & financial proposals. o Project business cases document to demonstrate the purpose and value of IT projects. o Project vision document demonstrates the stakeholders' view of the IT project, specified in terms of the stakeholders' key needs and features. o Statement of work (SOW) document defines project-specific activities, deliverables, and timelines. o Business requirements document (BRD). o UI wireframes. o Hands-on experience with Sparx Systems-Enterprise Architect 14.0 to perform the below activities: 1- Requirements Management. 2- Business Process Modeling using BPMN 2.0. 3- Domain Modeling. 4- Scope Modeling. 5- Develop Traceability Diagrams. 6- Develop Requirement Traceability Matrix. 7- Perform GAP Analysis using GAP Analysis Matrix.
