- Job Details:. Administer the monthly payroll generation and ensure that all transactions (including attendance, advance, deductions and other) are entered and updated on the system • Prepare employees’ benefits and submit them to the hierarchy for review Analyze and audit payroll reports review and approve relevant reports before sending them to the Accounting Department as per set procedures • Check employees’ leers (bank, embassy, recommendation, employment, social security) and submit them to concerned authorities for signature • Prepare the manpower planning budget information for all departments • Review and control salary structure for shops and the grading system for Head Office positions and newly created positions • Review C&B policies and procedures, and ensure company’s compliance with internal laws and procedures • Respond to employees’ queries in compensation and benefits related issues, provide the necessary support, and escalate unresolved issues to the hierarchy • Activates new joiners and records personal related matters in the system • Follows up on employees’ requests including salary certificates, salary transfer letters, pay slips, ID cards, staff discount cards, transportation passes, etc... • Sends and follows-up on the bank account opening form for new joiners and ensures that bank requirements with regard to new applications are met. • Requests and applies for insurance for new joiners and processes medical insurance claims and Solve employees to take approvals from Insurance Company. • Receives and records leave requests and follows up on missing attendance. • Monitor employees’ attendance and their update in the system, as well as leaves and working hours’ balance (actual hours, extra hours, over time, and other) • Updates employees’ files in the system with any occurring changes (training, certificate, warning, transfer, promotion, resign, termination ) • Follow up with shop Managers to arrange employees’ online schedule and follow the attendance for the employees to now gap with schedule weekly basis. • Follow up with insurance company with insurance invoices and add this on system and submit it`s to accounting department. • Monitor discount/uniform reports, reviews all insurance billings for accuracy and submit them to the Finance Department for payment. • Give new joiner training with system and how they can use it and reviews their work to against any missing or wrong inters data. • • Record employees’ transactions in the payroll system (advance and deduction), prepare and generate the monthly payroll by following the log sheet.
