• Job Details:- Supervise the employees to achieve the company's Mission and Vision, and enhance the quality of service and the customer satisfaction. - Support my team and guide them to the right way to achieve the required KPIS . - Close monitoring and observe for each members to validate the performance to avoid any violation, fraud cases or any unusual trend and set one -to one A and the devolving plans. - Schedule the team shifts and approve the leaves and adequate attendance of the team members - Develop the team members KPIS based on the company rules and monitor the contribution of each member. - Responsible on the company managing supervisor tasks and performance reports.
