- Job Details:Identifying the hiring needs and receiving the hiring requests. • Posting Jobs throw different sources and channels for White collars and blue collars and dealing with employment agencies. • Attending different job fairs. • Creating The Candidates Pool throw receiving CVs, screening and filtering based on job requirements and competencies. • Conducting HR interviews and writes down the evaluation for each candidate to add feedback. • Making arrangements for technical, panel and final interviews with different departments. • Shortlisting candidates based on balancing between the HR evaluation and the technical evaluation. • Making back ground check for the chosen candidates. • Making job offers after HR manger approval and sending it by mail. • Making orientations for new comers and sending welcome mails. • Processing background and Reference checks. • Acting as senior personnel since July 2018. • Maintains personnel records on {ERP System}, performs data entry of pertinent personnel information. • Address employee relations issues, such as harassment, work complaints, or other employee concerns. • Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports. • Maintenance of personnel files and Personnel Action Forms. • Coordinate & supervise all legal affairs i.e. Licenses, contracts. • Received employees’ actions via finger print machine on the system and create the attendance report. • Followed-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them containing remaining balances. • Track employees’ absences (regular/ irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly. • Collaborate with directors to investigate any employee’s issues in order to deduct the penalties. • Handled employee exit process (exit interview, internal release, Life Insurance & bank account).
