• Job Details:- works on the cutoff date process to ensure the inventory count is accounted for and accurate in the correct operating period. - make sure that all transfers are done correctly. - make sure that there are no missing sales on the system. - uploads the scanner files on oracle inventory management. - fixes unknown barcodes with merchandiser team. - calculates the shrinkage of inventory and employee deductions. - takes the approval from cfo to authorize the count on system. - generates and shares stock on hand report by season. - does the write-off for all bad goods from all stores and warehouses. - does the write-off for marketing purposes. - create monthly report to provide the shrinkage.

customer clearance specialist

• Job Details:handling import daily operations such as communicating & following up with the suppliers to prepare and process import documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures supervising the clearance process of the shipments in either the sea or airport & responsible for tracking the shipment status from shipment arrival to ports until delivery to warehouse. supervising the clearance agents to ensure that goods are cleared in the timeliest and efficient manner while targeting cost reduction, clearance expenses savings and contractual requirements. coordinating with finance dept. to prepare the bank forms required for customs clearance process. working on filling and documentation. follow up logistics services provider’s payments.
