• Job Details:Overviews Ensure the safety, organize and manage the department to: o Ensures Clinker Manufacturing and Cement o Volumes are in line with required Quality, Amount and Cost. Manages all shift operation aspects related to Raw Mills, kilns, cement mills, petcock mill, fuel supply and finish grinding. Areas of impact: Clinker/Cement Manufacturing and Sales. o Coordinate and to ensure the completion of Production jobs with the highest level of quality, and effectiveness at optimum cost to maximize equipment availability. o Minimize the duration of equipment stoppages due to technical incidents. o Manages and motivates the team, ensures coordination and cooperation between his and other departments. Responsibilities 1-Health & Safety: o Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation, as well as the Company's HSE Policies, Rules, and Standards. o Ensure the highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained at all times. o Follow all HSE Procedures, both Management and Operational. o Commit to gain all HSE competencies and capabilities relevant to the job role. 2-Functional: o Ensure protection of the environment in compliance with group standards within his/her field to improve the working environment. o Coordinate and manage the production to make available on a day to day basis, the required product within the specific quality, cost and time. o Constantly aims for the upkeeps and the best performance of the production equipment to ensure maximum equipment availability. o Based on the proposals of area managers (kiln / RMs/Cement & Coal Mills) define together with him to improve the plant performance and quality of products. o Coordinate the program of inspections, visits and repairs to improve walk by inspection for all the equipment. o Settle daily problems relating to production with management teams to define working methods. Ensure the management of individual performance creates and maintains a motivating work environment and Build skills development programs for his/her teams and evaluate the results to improve production team succession plan. o Organize the manpower to best suit the program to improve succession plans for the production team. -monitors all plant operation conditions through display and trend logs. -Resolves daily issues relating to cement production and works with other Departments to resolves issues which can impact shipments or product quality. -check all production operation, parameters, pressure, temperature, readjust and tuning as required To detect abnormalities and assist in remedial actions. -reduce problem and maximized the performance of the company by taking the corrective Soon as problem arise. -diagnose and trouble potential operating problems & take immediately necessary Action to ensure continuity and stable production. -follow up chemistry of raw meal produced: LSF, SR, AR, Sieves .
