Receive, execute, prepare, update, and propose updates of activities related to Training & Development function including: Set meetings with managers to define employees training needs and filter based on priority, build data base of approved training providers (technical, safety, managerial, soft skills, languages, etc.), perform providers comparison sheet, issue preliminary annual training plan and budget for approval, prepare & update training calendar, organizing each session with efficiency and effectiveness (availability, material, instructors, rooms, transportation and all other necessary means), ensuring that the procedures are observed. perform needed coordination’s for training execution (in-house, internal, external, abroad, expats), logistics, announcement, confirmations, follow up with purchasing and finance for issuing payment for training providers, evaluate executed training programs ensuring value added, issue monthly training KPIs reports & maintain update for Training Registration Books.
