• Job Details:Efficiently manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including ordering, receiving, inspecting, and returning goods. Oversee unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, and pricing of inventory to ensure accurate and timely stocking. Coordinate and execute deliveries to ensure prompt and accurate service. Rotate stock and arrange for the disposal of surpluses to maintain optimal inventory levels. Maintain accurate inventory control and cost containment records to ensure proper stock levels. Perform daily stock checks and reconcile inventory in Excel. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices promptly. Manage accounts payable and perform reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Schedule and file bills systematically for efficient record-keeping.
