• Job Details:Supervise and lead production teams in a gypsum manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards. Oversee daily production operations and ensure efficient and cost-effective use of resources. Manage production quantities, plant schedules, and supervise the production process from start to finish. Coordinate monthly production plans, track progress, and generate performance reports. Collaborate with dispatch administration to manage inbound/outbound materials and deliveries. Manage various internal projects, including housekeeping, losses in production, and pallet production. Ensure continuous compliance with safety standards and EHS regulations. Monitor raw material quality and oversee the quality control process in production, including the inspection of calcium carbonate, gypsum rocks, and finished products.
