• Job Details:• RFP Solutioning: In collaboration with Sales team engage with the customer (typically a company IT function) together with their business partners, to define and detail the business and technical context of the current IT, required business transformation and potential benefits provided both directly and indirectly by the associated technical transformation. • Engaged in the Presales lifecycle, developing Technical System Integration solutions required in response to customer requirements mainly for Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, Enterprise System Integrations and Managed Services • Responsible for bringing in new business for the Organization while working in close collaboration with the Sales, Architecture, Industry domains and Technology teams mainly in IoT, Sustainability Management & Smart Cities domain, Payment & Financial services and ICT Sector. • Responsible for end-to-end Deal Management which includes bidding for new RFPs, drafting of Technical Proposal and Proposal Defence for the existing and new customers. • Deliver an architecture that supports the most efficient and secure IT environment meeting the customer requirements and expectations • Validates the overall solution and its deliverability in the dimensions of business, technology, services, resources, timeline and costs. • Working closely with the Sales Manager and Bid Manager to work on the Profit/Loss and Margin analysis. • Align with the Delivery team to handover the won deals for the delivery handover and project initiation activities • Work closely together with the Strategic Sales Leader, Engagement Manager and/or the Sales Executive during the bid process. • Manage a customer facing team responsible for the service and development of the solution process ensuring continued improvements and reducing cost base. • Job Details:• Managed the delivering of Enterprise System Integrations, Big Data / BI Projects as an Integration Delivery Lead supporting engagements with business stakeholders handling Core Banking, Payments, Cash, Deposit, Loans & other value streams • Work with the Product Owner’s & Design team to translate the business requirements into Interface level design and engage with Agile teams to prepare the Sprint Plan • Prepare the Enterprise Architecture blue print for Big Data domain showcasing the roadmap, milestones and challenges • Actively collaborate with Leadership team to mitigate the challenges in Programs and dependency resolutions • Leveraging the Azure Data Lake for supporting the BI / Analytical use cases and working on the strategy to shift the workloads from DWH to Data Lake • Work across stakeholders and tribe(s) to continuously improve by utilizing feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity. • Assess the Scrum Maturity of the squad(s) and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity • Supported the Use Cases around Data Ingestion via Kafka, Data Modelling framework, enriching and creating a genome structure of data using Azure Data Lake and Hadoop file system • Working in close collaboration with the Agile & Dev team for the implementation of Features & Enablers and guiding the team from backlog to CI/CD DevOps in Sprints. • Establishing the framework for Accessing the data considering security, compliance and efficient retrieval for various consumers across the enterprise boundary • Advisory role in standardizing the data access and retention policy as part of GDPR compliance initiative Technology Stack: IBM App Connect, IBM BPM, API Gateway, MS Azure cloud, Hadoop, Kafka, Informatica Enterprise
