• Job Details:*Manage and mentor the IT Transformation group of the testing team, allocate resources, set deadlines, monitor progress, and evaluate performance. *Develop, implement, and maintain testing processes and standards. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues. *Evaluate test results and recommend improvements to test plans and scripts. *Perform manual and automated testing for IT Transformation projects. *Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members. *Track and report defects and testing progress to stakeholders. *Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards. *Continually improve testing processes and strategies.

SOFTWARE TESTING ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details:*Development of test cases in collaboration with product & project managers, as well as SW architects, to validate the functioning of new products. *Revision and regular renewal of existing test concepts and test cases in accordance with modern specifications. *Creation and extension of automated & manual tests. *Execution of automated and manual tests and management of the continuous integration environment. *Working in an Agile environment using TestRail (Test management tool) and JIRA (Bug tracker) to achieve that. *Identification, documentation and tracking of bugs. *Identification of product areas requiring quality improvement *Support 1st and 2nd level customer support for the company's products. *Responsible to work on multiple assignments at the same time and to give a daily status report for each assignment. *Support newly hired testing engineers and give them a proper handover.

SENIOR SOFTWARE TESTING ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details:*Perform Technical testing for middleware & IN integration/E2E testing through different channels (Orange Cash, USSD, IVR, Seibel, Portal, & MyOrange app). *Responsible for handling Commercial (GSM, DSL & Triple Play) and IT Transformation projects. *Perform Point to Point (P2P), Service Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Deployment testing. *Meet with Solution Architect and Project Manager to understand the scope and business requirements of the project to fulfill them during testing. *Develop manual & automation test cases and define their risk and priority based on business requirements then execute them. *Write SQL scripts for Test case preparation. *Identify and analyze issues, then report them in a clear and accurate way *Track issues during the bug life cycle and develop retesting procedures. *Responsible for Integration, Functional, Negative & Regression testing. *Work on multiple projects simultaneously and give daily status report for each one. *Mentor junior testing engineers and ensure their commitment of deadlines.
