Cost Control Team Leader EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Main Scope of Work: - •Review Project Specifications, Drawings, Contract & Coding BOQ according to CSI code Master Format Categorized & segregated to Divisions, Sections, Work Packages & Activities. •Prepare & set the project Cost Management Plan through the Cost main processes (Cost Planning, Cost Estimate, Cost Budgeting & Cost Monitoring & Control). •Prepare & establish the Project Cost Baseline (Budget Zero) & Determine the Monetary Resources Required for both Direct & Indirect Cost elements. •Prepare & set the Revised Budget throughout the project life cycle based on main events of change inclusive of (Revised Quantities, Escalation, Claims, Penalties deduction & Change Execution Method). •Prepare & set the Monetary Resources Required for the Direct Cost Elements inclusive of (Material, Manpower, Equipment & tools, Subcontractor & Exclusions). •Issuing Material Control Plan as per project budget & mention variances if any. •Review & approve purchase orders in liaising with Procurement department. •Review & approve Subcontractor Invoices in liaising with Technical Office department. •Prepare, assess & track the Indirect Plan inclusive of (Site Expenses, Project O.H & Corporate O.H). •Prepare Actual Cost Reporting & Data Allocation for Direct & Indirect Cost Elements inclusive of (Subcontractor Invoices, Taxes, Ceilings, Discounts, In/Out Bound Materials & the Depreciation of Assets based on Book Value & the asset useful life). •Measure the Current & Future performance for Direct & Indirect Cost elements Using EVM Techniques inclusive of (AC, EV, CPI, CV, Forecasting & VAC) taking in account the corrective actions required. •Analyzing project variances & highlighting reason behind cost under run/over run. •Prepare & produce Summary of “profit & Loss Report” Clarifying (Revenue on Sales, Production Cost, NET & Gross Profit per Month). •Prepare Cash in & out Plan inclusive of Sales on Revenue against Direct & indirect Elements • Establish “VO LOG” in liaising with Technical Office department inclusive of sequence of events & Cost impact along with all Related supporting Documents such as (Price analysis, RFI’s, IR’s, MIR’s, Technical Letters, Approved Q.S) in order to submit to the Client. •Attend sessions with the project stakeholders such as (Consultant, Manager & Client Rep.) in order to approve the submitted VOs to the client Considering the main issues such as (Added & Omitted items, Project Losses Report, Applicable Discounts on VO’s taking in account the Contract Reference & B.D Items.

• Job Details:My main scope of work is (Cost Control , Cost Estimation , Q.S Works ,Client Invoices , Vendor List , VO’s , Actual Cost reports, Directs and Indirects Cost reports ,Cost Analysis , EVM , Material analysis Prepare Vendor List , Conduct Procurements Plan , Cash Flow ).

Technical Office and Cost Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:My Main scope of work is (Tendering's, Cost Estimation ,Client Invoices, Vo’s Claims , Prepare Vendor List , Receive Price offers and prepare Comparisons in order to get best price and Quality within budget , Technical office works including but not limited to the following , Q.S ,Shop Drawings ,Monthly Reports for Progress on site , Site meetings.
