    • Job Details:PERMIT COORDINATOR: The permit coordinator must be experienced in the PTW system, where he has previously fulfilled the roles of PTW applicant and holder and has been deemed sufficiently trained and competent by Enppi. The Permit Coordinator is responsible for completing all the associated documents (Method of statement, risk assessment, sketches, certificates….etc) to allow work to proceed. The Permit Coordinator shall review any Isolation that has been applied for, ensuring that they meet the required standards as defined in the Isolation Procedure (4-PI-0621). In addition to this, the Permit Coordinator shall: • Confirm that there are no potential clashes of activities between the respective Permit, validated Permits, or any known planned activities. If a clash does exist he must refer the permit back to Enppi construction manager (responsible Manager) and the relevant permit applicant to prioritize the work activities accordingly. • Maintain a register of Permit to work system. • Segregate the Permits into categories, e.g. by area and then further by status, e.g. approve, validated, and suspended. He shall then display them in the appropriate racks. • Filing the current Permits in a location where they can be readily viewed and checked by all personnel • Maintain a site/plant plan showing the various categories of current /valid Permits & the worksite locations in the plant. • Ensure that the site rules for permit approval times are adhered to. • Ensure that where necessary, Procedures, P&ID;’s, layout drawings, MSDS sheets, etc are included with the permit. • Organize and follow the permit to work cycle. • Check the signatures of the Applicant, Holder and Responsible manager. • Submit Permit register to Enppi in weekly basis . • Distribution of permit copies to all positions specified on the permit. Senior safety engineee duties:- 1. Planes, controls and supervisees the activities of assigned personnel in the section. 2. Establishes methods, procedures, practices and recommendations for appropriate national and international fire and safety codes and standards for implementation. 3. Reviwing and commenting on company project standards and procedures. safety engineee duties:- 1. To insure that company's safety regulations are applied in all company areas 2. Providing advice on safety matters 3. Carrying out the risk analysis for the activities on all company installations / operations and new projects. 4.
