• Job Details:(Oracle user) • Completed the posting and costing of purchase invoices, including VAT and WHT, as a General Accountant, for a company that has over 150 vendors. • Review AP accounts to ensure that credit balances are immediately identified, and checks are issued, as needed. • Review daily sales orders depend on PL, approve it and completed the posting process of sales invoices. • (AR Accounting) records all receipt transactions, using a computerized accounting system, while reviewing the customer's account statement, matching invoices with receipts. • Reconciled the bank statement with the company's bank account statement. • (Fixed assets) Manage all fixed asset by auditing and posting depreciation and accumulated depreciation of new and old assets to the module monthly, using Oracle (ERP), which resulted in reducing the number of asset-related financial errors. • Carry out inventory counts of fixed assets physically. • Record daily financial transactions and adjustments, and complete the posting process on Oracle ERP system (Accruals, provision, revenue, all payments). • Prepare monthly accruals for rebates for customers. • Account VAT about sales, purchases, and report the payment tax monthly and preparing the quarterly withholding tax (WHT). • Control equipment returns from customers.
