• Job Details:Perform visual inspection, diagnosis of vehicle, using various checklists. Advises and supports workshop personnel in difficult diagnosis cases. Perform final inspection and complete the vehicle repair report outlining faults, description of the cause and repair work conducted. Generates a daily report for workshop KPI’s.

Warranty & TAC Engineer

• Job Details:Understand and verify functional requirements of the warranty. Determine any conflict within the requirements of the warranty. Determine and find solution for the key issues. Properly keep all warranty repair orders and replaced parts. Give technical support to workshop when needed.

Team Leader

• Job Details:Advises and supports workshop personnel in difficult diagnosis cases; may even perform the work myself in critical cases. Completes the vehicle repair report outlining faults and description of the cause and repair work conducted. Organizes the sequence of job cards, informs technician of time limitations for job completion, and monitors their performance time.
