• Job Details:Knowing the requirements needed by the technical team. ● Review Technical Specifications, Boq, Drawings and related documents and locate potential vendors and suppliers and Send RFQ to the suppliers . ● Evaluate new and existing suppliers , negotiates ● purchase agreements with them Procure materials and subcontract in a timely manner within the approved budget cost. ● Work on finding solutions and alternatives to procure unavailable items, suggest other purchase resources and submit them to relevant departments to get the ● technical approval . ● Generate PO for services and materials. ● Follow up with the shipping companies and find the best prise and start shipping the goods and follow up with the savior till reach the stores. ● Manage supplier relationships.
