• Job Details:Ø Being the main technical advisor to subcontractors, labors and technicians. Ø Checking drawings, plans, and other qualities to get an accurate calculation of the whole thing. Ø Ensuring that all the materials used are according to the specifications. Ø Overseeing the requisition and selection of the materials. Ø Agreeing to the material distributors on the set prices and take cost effective measures. Ø Managing, monitoring and interpreting the design of the contract documents that has been supplied to them, to be able to make the monthly financial invoice. Ø Managing the site on a day to day basis that includes supervising and monitoring the labor force and that of the sub-contractors. Ø Overseeing upon the quality control methods in place. Ø Resolve unexpected technical problems that may arise
