• Job Details:Working on Potato seeds, due to its importance as an essential food source and trying to improve its quality in Vitro and in Greenhouses by many techniques like Tissue culture, then trail it in the field in many experiments. Perform Tissue culture and micropropagation methodologies for large scale production. Troubleshoot problems in the micro propagation stages and develop effective solutions. Operate laboratory equipment in a safe controlled environment and sterilized manner. Maintain detailed and organized records of project data and other materials as needed, maintain inventory records, and regulatory compliance. Performing Trials test methods using Excel to clean and tide up the data and SAS to perform the statistical analysis and give rating for each variety on basis of diseases, yield and quality.
