• Job Details:• Allocate all the expenditure through the project life cycle according to the budget. • Support the cost control team in various activities linked to the cost control functions for the assigned project. • Analyze project expenses by trade to evaluate it’s comply with budget. • Analyze material purchase orders compared to budget as part of the review process for the monthly reports. • Monitor the status and actual cost for labors, equipment, and subcontractors. • Review invoice status on monthly basis and highlight any major figures. • Follow up the productivity team and issue the monthly reports. • Perform other assignments as necessary to support the function/department. • Assist in Generating project monthly cost control reports.

Project EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval. • Prepare necessary updates of construction activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required • Evaluate, organize and prioritize workload within a schedule. • Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-to- day progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project. • Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
