• Job Details:• Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers. • Manage checking/check of raw materials and accepted or rejected according to standard. • Contact supplier in review meeting for parts quality delivered. • Head of research and development of rock wool products. • Quality control on production lines and (rockwool, bitumen membranes, XPS boards, flexible air ducts, flexible duct connectors and insulation accessories) and making required tests according to customer requirements. • Reporting to the owner and the factory manager. • Design/Manage & create the corrective & preventive action plans for non-conforming cases with other departments. • Analyze and solve customer complaints. • Daily, monthly and yearly quality reports to all interested parties. • Responsible for calibration to inspection tools and fixtures. • Applying QSB (Quality System Basics) strategies. • Set the operations targets. • Products Description. • Manage the required internal audits. • Manage requirements of ISO 9001:2015, 45001:2018 and 14001:2015. • Manage the external audits on the company. • Documents management. • Deputizing for the factory manager.

• Job Details:• Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.  Manage checking/check of raw materials and accepted or rejected according to standard.  Contact supplier in review meeting for parts quality delivered. • Quality Control on production stations (sand treatment unit, lead oxide factory, batch preparation, melting "glass furnaces", formation, annealing, chemical polishing) & solve problems of production & report this to factory manager. • Quality control on the final products (raw crystal glass) that formed automatically (FMCG) and another manually by sampling and making required tests according to customer required by using XRF analysis (PANalytical model) & UV spectrophotometer (Chroma software – PerkinElmer model) & chemical and physical techniques. • Design and test products packaging. • Design & create the corrective & preventive action plans for non-conforming case with other departments. • Daily, monthly and yearly quality reports to all interested parties in crystal technology sector. • Responsible for calibration to inspection tools and fixtures. • Applying QSB (Quality System Basics) strategies. • Set the operations target of crystal sector. • Products Description. • Analyze and solve customer complaints. • Head of research and development section of crystal technology sector. • HSE coordinator of crystal technology sector.  Basic member of Health and Safety Committee of the company.  HSE trainings to staff.  Monitoring nonconformity cases.  Follow up of preventive and corrective actions.  Risk assessment making.  Identify the necessary PPEs for each process.
