• Job Details: 15 June 2015 – till now: Works as a Planning engineer at SHM industries company, Obour city, Cairo, (SHM Industries is one of the leading fuel and chemicals storage tanks fabricators and steel structure in the Middle East and Africa), responsible for the following tasks:  Follow up the production different processes to be sure that the production rates are done as required in the schedule.  Prepares the weekly and monthly production plan.  Prepares a bill of all required production materials which is required for all production processes according to the production plan.  Interacting and liaising with the other department’s teams to prioritize the orders.  Reporting all the department activities to the planning manager at high level of accuracy.  Supervising applying the document control system by the workers on time during all steps of manufacturing till shipping finished product to the ware house.  Monitor material usage and minimize losses and waste following all the Manufacturing steps.
