• Job Details:▪ Managing large fire alarm and firefighting projects in oil & gas companies ▪ Develop detailed projects and maintenance plan ▪ Reporting projects progress on a daily basis ▪ Constructing/building projects and maintenance teams ▪ Organizing team: lead the technicians and improve the skill level to cover installation performance 24Hr (3 shifts). ▪ Reading and analyzing technical RFQ. ▪ Estimating the workforce and tools. ▪ Coordination of supplying all projects material. ▪ Start up, commissioning and programing of fire alarm and firefighting panels. ▪ Solving projects construction technical issues. ▪ Reporting project status on daily basis. ▪ Planning and study: Planning for the new projects and study the latest technology to improve our productivity and reduce time and Cost. ▪ Working with sales team to achieve the target with available products. ▪ Ensures public safety by inspecting fire alarm and protection systems. ▪ Equipment maintenance: Performing Preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance procedures according to local code and NFPA code on the overall electrical panels and mechanical equipment, also fixing faults and inspect in the root cause and apply the permanent solution. ▪ Repairing: replace defective equipment and mechanical components. ▪ Developing appropriate rules, procedures and standards to control EHS risks and hazards and ensuring these are completely aligned with EHS and performance based on both active and pro-active KPI. ▪ Advising and approving site operating decisions for new/modified projects by performing workplace inspections and participating in safety audits. ▪ Promoting positive safety culture, accountability, safe and healthy workplace; providing HSE leadership by maintaining an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness. ▪ Develop, review and approve a wide range of risk assessments including departmental, side wide and specific RA such as neighborhood impact on site and fire risk assessment. ▪ Performing periodic site safety and health walk inspections of all workplace facilities; ensuring safety training is provided for all site personnel and deploying monthly programs and EHS local SOPs based. ▪ Leading the response team to COVID-19 pandemic and developed company protocol in the context of global and national medical situation.

Safety & Firefighting SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:▪ Plan and manage firefighting projects for any new building, new warehouse, etc.…. ▪ Plan for long term firefighting projects. ▪ Estimate and Control projects budget. ▪ Submits requests for new acquisitions and works with fire department budgets. ▪ Manage the Global Safety Contract Management. ▪ Work with other emergency response leaders to achieve projects target. ▪ Ensures public safety by inspecting fire alarm and protection systems in existing and new construction. ▪ Monitors the care and maintenance of the fire station and all equipment according to GM FPP and NFPA Guidelines. ▪ Support fire prevention activities. ▪ Equipment maintenance: Performing Preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance procedures according to local code, NFPA code and GM FPG guidelines on the overall electrical panels and mechanical equipment, also fixing faults and inspect in the root cause and apply the permanent solution. ▪ Repairing: replace defective equipment and mechanical components. ▪ Spare parts management: Manage needed spare parts and make sure the stock is available. ▪ Direct the response to firefighters and firefighting technicians to limit damage, danger and loss of life. ▪ Schedules and assigns duties to firefighting technicians. ▪ Evaluates their performance and oversees their advancement. ▪ Coordinate fire control and hazardous material clean-up. ▪ Enforces municipal fire codes. ▪ Manage all hot work activities. ▪ Conduct fire safety patrol for Hazardous area, Smoking Area, Office, etc.… ▪ Manage and supervise of all impairment activities. ▪ Supervise all firefighting systems design. ▪ Full support for local consultant to get design approval from global consultation insurance company. ▪ Supervise the installation of all new firefighting project. ▪ Do an internal audit on old firefighting systems and report all deficiencies to leadership team. ▪ Follow all civil defense requirements including the training of 25% from workers in civil defense agency, Conduct SFCR (Security Fire Compliance Review) and follow up non-compliance items. ▪ Handle all issues related to Civil defense. ▪ Full support in getting plant license. ▪ Full support for production team to avoid down time. ▪ Training of the whole plant employee on firefighting and emergency activities. ▪ Developing appropriate rules, procedures and standards to control EHS and fire risks to ensure they are completely aligned with performance standards based on both active and pro-active KPI. ▪ Advising and approving site operating decisions for new/modified operations by performing workplace inspections and participating in firefighting audits and approving URS (User Requirement Specifications). ▪ Promoting positive safety culture, accountability, safe and healthy workplace; providing firefighting leadership by maintaining an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness. ▪ Reviewing internal firefighting policies to deliver firefighting strategies in compliance with regulatory requirements and enforcing measures for GM GMS strategy deployment to achieve site scorecard. ▪ Develop, review and approve a wide range of risk assessments including departmental, side wide and specific RA such as neighborhood impact on site and fire risk assessment. ▪ Performing daily site walk inspections of all workplace facilities; ensuring firefighting training is provided for all site personnel. ▪ Ascertaining fully fire prevention and protection compliance at site and in suppliers/contractor performance. Providing detailed fire prevention information. ▪ Assessing compliance to regulatory and ISO requirements.
