• Job Details:-Material requirements planning (MRP) after receiving demand from demand planner using (BOM, Inventory list, pending purchase orders, pending production orders), can obtain net requirements and make purchase requisitions to them, taking in consideration minimum order quantity, lead time and inventory capacity. -Create, update and monitor list of consumable materials with their required safety stock which specified according to consumption history, obtain the shortages and make purchase requisitions to them taking in consideration lead time and inventory capacity -Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit -Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production -Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy -Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels -Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy -Minimize obsolete stock

Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:-Schedule monthly forecast meeting with sales manager to discuss about sales plan and forecast and schedule orders delivery date and specify the demand taking in consideration production capacity and materials and components availability -Provide technical office with the demand to get bill of material (BOM) -Material requirements planning (MRP) using (BOM, Inventory list, pending purchase orders, pending production orders), can obtain net requirements and make purchase requisitions to them, taking in consideration minimum order quantity, lead time and inventory capacity -Make production plan with taking in consideration sales plan and materials and components availability -Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies -Monitor production processes against production plan

• Job Details:-Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products -Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay -Determine manpower, equipment, and materials needed to cover production demand -Schedule shift according to production needs -Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives, etc.) -Prepare and submit status and performance reports
