• Job Details:Record and process financial information through an ERP. • Verify receipts and confirm the delivery of orders. • Collect sales cash, checks & other payments, and record cash transfers transactions. • Collect, analyze and record operational expenses. • Record production and inventory transactions - out/in ships - warehouse transferring. • Conduct inventory counts periodically to ensure the accuracy of information. • Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions. • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control. • Prepare reports and analyze data, which is then used in the preparation of monthly forecasts. • Bank accounts reconciliation. • Identify areas of improvement.
