• Job Details:▪︎ Perform all preventive electrical maintenance activities, including major shutdowns, so that established standards of quality production and reliability are met, within agreed cost parameters. ▪︎ Developing optimized process solutions on FLS equipment kilns (Rotax), Coolers, Burners, Mills and other associated equipment. ▪︎ Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of the maintenance activities providing analytical reporting of results, including services from external suppliers by focusing on identifying areas for improvement to identify the most suitable suppliers of spare parts and services that meet company standards. ▪︎ Update maintenance records, equipment history, and other MIS database. ▪︎ Trouble shooting of PLC, SCADA & AC VFD. ▪︎ Develop and support the electrical maintenance programs by monitoring the manufacturing process including thermography analysis, equipment troubleshooting and trending, and vibration analysis and laser alignment to ensure the efficiency of the maintenance activities. ▪︎ Execute maintenance activities as per plan and avoid rework, supervise and guide the team for carrying out the activities as per plan. ▪︎ Co-ordinate with Mechanical maintenance & operations team. ▪︎ Adopt LLF (Look, Listen and Feel) system to ensure equipment is running properly and caution operation if any abnormality is observed. ▪︎ Ensure availability of permit to work LOTOTO and EI.
