• Job Details:• Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy, proper approval, and timely payment. • Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents to ensure completeness. • Enter and code invoices in the accounting system. • Manage weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments. • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. • Maintain accurate and organized AP records and documentation. • Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation. • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address inquiries and issues. • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
