• Job Details:•Managing a team of Supervisors, Sales Representatives, Pre-Sellers, Merchandisers and Drivers in different areas in the eastern region. •Conducting Point of Sales Material Training to the team. •Putting timeline for the team to achieve the required target and supervise day-to-day sales operations and activities. •Reviewing the implementations of contracts with customers. •Laying down strategies in sales and supervising the sales representatives to ensure the maximum performance in light of company’s vision. •Holding presentations and meetings to review the monthly, quarterly and semiannual sales targets. •Liaising with the concerned department in the company in terms of exchanging the necessary data in sales and their relevant strategies.

• Job Details:•Responsible for pre-sellers and post-sale process at large and small format stores. •Implements sales promotions, new products introductions and other marketing related activities. •Putting routes for sales representatives and distributing the targeted area between them. •Drive volume and share growth achievement by translating channel/ category plans into implementable brand / SKU level, customer-wise action plans. •Collecting the due amounts from customers.
