• Job Details:Preparing and implementing the marketing policy and the business expansion plan. Supervising and managing the daily office operation. Supporting & Maintaining the communications with the Clients and Authorities. Supporting the design process, the Contracts negotiation and signing. Controlling Time, Quality and Resources. Supervising and Managing the daily operation and production of the Technical office which includes: Designing & Preparing the conceptual drawings. Preparing the Perspectives and the presentation materials. Preparing the detailed Architectural, Structural and MEP working drawings. Preparing the BOQs and the technical specifications. Studying the detailed architectural drawings and coordinating them with the structural & MEP drawings to avoid the conflicts and to assure a smooth work flow at all implantation stages. Following up the drawings’ approvals with the relevant authorities until the issuance of the building permits. Reviewing & approving the Shop Drawings submitted by the contractors. Following-up and coordinating the work with the site execution team to keep the time schedules and to avoid any conflicts.

ArchitectFull Time

• Job Details:Designing & Preparing the conceptual architectural drawings & the detailed architectural working drawings. Following up the drawings’ approvals with the relevant authorities until issuance of the building permits.
