• Job Details:• Acting as the IT demand layer for calendars like (Consumer segment, Enterprise Segment, Product and services, customer care). • Involved in business analysis, solution design, capacity planning, and responsible for the end- to-end scope, project planning and management activities. • Responsible for constructing project plans and ensuring the plans will fit the business plans and will support the target launch date with adequate quality of the technical implementation. • Conflict resolution between the project stakeholders including solution design, delivery, testing, operation processes and constructing the necessary mitigation and contingency plans to handle any potential risks that may arise and impact the proposition or the project plan.
