• Job Details:•Handle local and foreign purchases related to the production needs starting with sourcing through online and offline channels, communicate with the suppliers and start collecting the offers. •Compare the offers in terms of prices, payment terms, delivery terms and how efficiently the supplier can stand supplying the company with the needed goods in the future. •Receive samples and after the technical approval, I start negotiating the prices, payment and delivery terms to ensure that the best conditions have been implemented. •Review the inventory in the warehouse day by day for the stock control purposes and accordingly i put a strategic plan for supplying the goods within the time frame needed. •Evaluate the suppliers and build strong relationship with them to guarantee consistency and loyalty.

• Job Details:•Lead and supervise a team of 15 agents who were responsible for handling the escalated customers complaints through coordinating, analyzing, monitoring their performance, and giving brief coaching accordingly. •Provide day to day feedbacks and performance reports to the higher management to ensure that the business standards are met.
