• Job Details: Certificates:  Commissioning Basic certificate for SF6 gas insulated switchgear for types (8DN8, 8DN9 & 8DQ1), SF6.  High voltage & PD measurement Certificate for SF6 gas insulated switchgear for types (8DN8, 8DN9 & 8DQ1).  Site Manager & Project Coordinator in Cairo West Supercritical Power Station 1x650MW  Supporting the project manager in the Tendering process  Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering project.  Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications  Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field  Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support  Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions  Etay El-Baroud (500/220) KV Substation, El-Ameria (66) KV Substation, East Banha (500) KV Substation, Watania (220/66) KV Substation & Abo El-Matamier (500/220/66) KV Substation.  Testing of power (Auto) transformers 500MVA (10 Phases) each phase is 166.7 MVA.  Testing of Three Phases El-Sewedy Power Transformers; 125/125/45 MVA, 220 /72.5 / 24 kV.  Testing of GIS 8DN9-2 220 KV (12 bays with bus coupler).  Testing of GIS 8DQ1-1 500KV (15 bays).  Testing of GIS 8DN8-5 72.5 KV (14 bays with bus coupler).  Commissioning of Protection & Control scheme  Commissioning of Protection Relays (7SJ Over –Current, 7SJ REF, 7SJ Over-excitation, 7SJ NEF, 7UT Transformer-Differential Protection, 7SA Distance Protection, 7VK Sync & 7SL Line differential protection)  Check Trip circuit and Closing Block.  CT, VT loops.  Primary & stability for (Busbar & Transformer).  Commissioning of AIS CT, VT, CB, D.S, E.S & Interlocking test.  Commissioning of MVSWG.  Operation & maintenance for the S/S.
