• Job Details:Follow up the daily operations and service request coming from help desk and insure to serve on time and as per the schedule.  Effective Site Operation, Completion of Maintenance Plan: Contractual SLAs.  Enhance Quality of the performance.  Ensure 95% completion of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) of MEP assets and special systems maintenance (SSM) as per approved PPM plan in respective areas and comprehensive reports are maintained.  Ensure 99% reactive maintenance call responses are within the KPIs defined in the SLA with Client.  Prepare a weekly report to reflect the site wise assets status and share.  Ensure the performance of the SSM contracts are as per the SLA.  Proper monthly performance report and highlight the challenges, predictive maintenance and recommendations.  Tracking all the SSM contracts.  Conduct a frequent meeting with all SSM contractors.  Conduct a monthly operation meeting with in-house teams to review the latest developments, challenging and facilitates the pending issues.  Insure that HSE is implemented and PTW issuance prior any reactive/corrective maintenance.

Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects  Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget  Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility  Ensure resource availability and allocation  Develop a detailed project plan to track progress  Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs  Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques  Report and escalate to management as needed  Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders  Perform risk management to minimize project risks  Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors  Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
