Communicate with spare parts department for any transferred materials. Review the validation of changed numbers. Contact technology department for any changes in the BOM. Communicate with engineering department for new required configurations. Liaise with planning department for any change in the production plan. Liaise on with the production control for any loading out of cycle. Follow up with the production department to cover any shortage or missing data. Check with storekeepers for all required changes in the stock quantity. Follow up the inventory value levels.

Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Created Purchase Requisitions on the ERP system to provide plastic raw materials and packing materials. Check materials availability according to the production plan to prevent production delays. Created quarterly reports to compare products sales amounts with forecasted quantities Participated in Yearly Budget Forecast based on actual consumptions and machine capacity. Managed to finish Backlog in the new ERP system (Oracle Fusion) from (Alpha). Created OTBI reports in Oracle Fusion ERP to follow up on work orders, purchase orders, and sales orders.

Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery in Buses HVAC department. Operations follow up on daily performance to ensure production plan implementation and take necessary actions. Estimating man/machine capacity and labors incentives declaring overtime, extra shifts and outsourcing if needed. Create monthly MRP studies and updating it with latest situation Following up purchase orders with procurement, logistics and vendors. Managing materials availability with respect to the required stock levels and preventing materials out of stocks.
