• Job Details:• Maintain and enhance quality management systems aligned with global standards (FSSC – NFSA) • Supervising the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and documentation in coordination with other departments. • Responsible for external analyses (such as pesticide residue analysis in the product and water analysis) • Participate in the internal audit to assess compliance with industry regulation and company procedure, identifying potential areas for improvement • Develop and follow up on food fraud and food defense plans. • Implement traceability and mock recall exercises. • Responsible for do audit of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) monthly • Prepared periodically quality and food safety training for all labors • Following up the inspection of warehouse according to GSP (Good Storage Practice) • Review and complete all NCR • Follow up the implementation of the corrective actions resulting from internal & external audits in coordination with the concerned departments • Collecting and analyzing data to prepare the necessary reports for development and improvement • create validation studies for some monitoring process • Lead the implementation of the food safety and quality culture plan on the site • Participate in the creation of the SOP (Standard Operating Process) related to the system • QM-SAP-Use
